A Collection of Thoughts

We are all atheists. You don't believe in Zeus or Thor or Venus. There are a thousand gods you don't believe in. Why does it bother you that someone doesn't believe in a thousand and one?

DOESN'T BOTHER ME!

Do we take credit for everything that happens in life or are we humble enough to attribute it to something greater? Do we acknowledge our imperfections, strive for a higher purpose, embrace the idea that we will never live forever and that sometimes having a choice doesn't always mean we get to choose because there are things we live for that are greater than any single idea or thought or being? We are great only in our ability to serve and accept being served with grace. (Srsly, doubting whether any of this is relevant. =P) I don't think it matters who we believe to be greater - it's whether we believe there is something greater that matters. Believing is seeing, is knowing. How we go about our lives based on the acceptance of this idea means the world. I'm more agnostic at heart at the best of times, but I am blessed to be Catholic. I love my God.
